Larry has 35 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, with a strong background in integrated geosciences and team management,  having worked  across a broad spectrum of exploratory and business development roles worldwide, in senior leadership roles with Perenco SA, Hunt Oil, Triton Energy and BP. He has a significant track record of building exploration and production businesses on the international stage, with expertise in the creation, development and delivery of significant drilling programmes that have led to the discovery of significant oil fields including Franklin, Cusiana, Cupiagua, Florena, Pauto, Yaguara, Ursa Minor, Thunder Horse, Ceiba, Okume, Oveng, SNE and FAN.
