Leo is Senior Head Of Bespoke and New Schemes in Low Carbon Contracts Company (LCCC), responsible for the contract management of the nuclear CfDs and the offering of advisory services to the Department of Energy Security and Net Zero (UK) on the formulation of business models and the respective contracts for the support of CCUS and H2 deployment .  

He has been in LCCC for 9 years, holding an excellent understanding of the CfDs, valuable insights on how the CfD concept can be expanded to new areas of application and has been leading and developing his teams to offer excellent services across multiple stakeholders. 

Prior to LCCC Leo held Contract Management and Project Management roles in the Solar PV and wider construction industry.
