Ms Lily Chen was educated as a software engineer specialized in AI and started her professional career as a senior software architect and then product manager in an Australian company. She has always shown her passion for developing and commercializing technologies that can be applied to solving real-world problems.

Before establishing Diamond Key International, Ms Chen was working as one of the senior executives for AT&T in Asia Pacific to commercialize outsourced large communication and computing networks for major international banks and regional telecom providers. The engineering background together with technology management and international business development experience has provided a good foundation for Ms Chen to lead and manage Diamond Key International as a founding director and CEO over the past 24 years.
