Liu Jinghua began his career with Tenaris in 2004 and has held numerous positions of increasing responsibility across Sales and Technical Sales areas. He was appointed Global Key Account Sales Director in 2014 and moved to Tenaris Houston, US. Moving back to China in 2016, Liu Jinghua assumed the current position and becomes the first local managing director of Tenaris in the world. In 2023, he is promoted to the position of Managing Director of Tanaris Asia Pacific and is based in Jakarta, Indonesia. He is responsible for overseeing sales and operations in the region, including Tanaris production mills in China and Indonesia, as well as the commercial offices in Australia, Singapore, Vietnam, and Japan.

Liu Jinghua holds an MBA from Nanyang Technological University Singapore, and EMBA from Stanford University and Tsing hua University.
