Luv is an Investment Officer in the International Finance Corporation Oil and Gas team, based out of Washington, DC. She has been working in development finance for almost a decade having worked previously at Caspian Advisors in Asia focused on regional financial inclusion businesses from a private equity angle and thereafter at a private commercial bank in Latin America leading their Small and Medium Enterprise business. Whilst at IFC since 2013, Luv has worked on landmark LNG transactions including the financing of AES Colon, Central America’s first integrated LNG-to-power project located in Panama and Moheshkali LNG, Bangladesh’s first import terminal.

Luv is a Chevening Scholar and earned a Master’s Degree from the University of Oxford as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in Law and Society and Public Communication from American University.
