Martijn Elbers is Managing Director Asia Pacific for Seaway 7. He is a graduate of the Technical University Delft in Marine Engineering and has extensive global experience in energy markets ranging from oil, gas, LNG to floating and fixed offshore wind. He started his career with Bluewater as an engineer where he held several senior commercial and business development roles. After ten years he moved to SBM Offshore as Vice President Sales and Marketing and in 2016 he was appointed Managing Director for SBM Asia Pacific. Martijn joined Seaway 7 in 2019 to make a switch from oil and gas towards offshore wind and has more than 20 years of experience in the energy industry.
