Matthieu Duhem is Managing Director and Head of Upstream Oil & Gas at Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank (“CA CIB”) with responsibility for the origination and structuring of bank debt financings in favour of oil & gas independent companies as well as non-recourse financings to subsidiaries of majors and national oil companies. He has also responsibility for the coverage of oil & gas independent companies (at the exception of companies operating in the USA and Canada).

Matthieu has 15 years of international banking experience, including 13 years in Oil & Gas structured finance with CA CIB, which he joined in 2008, and previously Natixis. He has been involved since 2006 in arranging large RBL type financings, especially in West Africa, Europe, South East Asia and Latin America, where CA CIB acted as a mandated lead arranger with a technical bank role on many flagship transactions.

Matthieu holds a Master’s degree in Finance from EM Lyon Business School.
