Michelle, with over 20 years of experience in the E&P industry, is a seasoned professional known for her commercial discoveries including the Shwe gas field in Myanmar.

Throughout her career, she's taken on international assignments in over 6 countries in SE Asia, Europe and N. America.

Michelle served in leadership roles at Repsol overseeing Australia, PNG, and the US Gulf of Mexico before becoming Head of Commercial for SE Asia in the Geological Low Carbon Solutions department, specializing in CCS, geothermal, and hydrogen storage projects.

She earned her bachelor's and master's degrees in Earth and Environmental Science from Korea University in Seoul, South Korea, in 1998 and 2001, respectively.
