Serving as a strategic advisor to the CEO of OFS Portal, Mimi's responsibilities involve financial reporting, budgeting, and management of electronic data agreements which are integral to the operation of OFS Portal. She is also currently serving as deputy COO and Treasurer of PIDX International, and as Treasurer of ConnectONCE.

Her prior experience includes financial, accounting and tax planning services with local, regional and international public accounting firms in the US, as well as human resource and contract management services with a global natural resource mining company overseas.

She received a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from The University of Texas at Austin and a Law degree from University of Houston Law Center. She is a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Financial Planner.
