Khalifa is an investment professional bringing more than 15 years of experience in the finance and investment field.

In 2014 he Co-founded Dolphinus Holding, and became its Commercial Vice-President overlooking its finance, marketing and legal activities. Dolphinus is the first private sector company aiming for trading the gas in the Mediterranean. The company signed earlier in this year 64 BCM GSPAs with the partners of Tamar and Leviathan fields off shore Israel to supply Egyptian consumers with gas for 10 years.

During his successful career, Khalifa contributed to several key M&A and IPO transactions across industrial and financial sectors in UK, Egypt, KSA, UAE and Lebanon. He has been leading some key restructuring, investment ventures and debt raising transactions in the international retail arena across Portugal, UK, Italy, China and currently serving in many of its boards.

Being a CFA Charter Holder and served as a board member and Treasurer of the CFA Society in Egypt. As well a part-time instructor at the American University in Cairo for the CFA Program. Khalifa received his Bachelor Degree in Business Administration from Cairo University, and his corporate lending education from Fitch Ratings.
