Nate Gorence is the Chief Business Officer at Bridger Photonics, the global leader in aerial methane imaging and emissions analytics, where he oversees Finance, Legal, HR, Government Relations, and Strategy. Prior to joining Bridger Photonics, he served as Chief of Staff and Chief Business Development Officer at Impossible Foods, co-leading the company's overall strategy and operational execution and overseeing new business opportunities.

Previously, Nate led a number of climate tech investment vehicles and programs for Bill Gates’ private office, Gates Ventures. He also served as a Technology-to-Market Advisor for Advanced Research Projects Agency – Energy, a semi-autonomous arm of the Department of Energy that invests $300 million annually in transformational energy and climate technologies. Nate started his career at a leading energy think tank working on a broad range of market design, energy innovation and climate change policies.
