Oil and gas executive with a proven track record of delivery through the whole upstream value chain, from new ventures access to production, Nick has led and been a part of teams that captured, explored, discovered, developed and produced oil and gas in over 25 countries spread across the inhabited continents of the world. Beginning as a geologist, Nick developed many leadership skills needed to succeed in delivering the projects. Starting with solid technical skills but adding experience in operations, strategy, commercial, financial, stakeholder relations and finally in all ESG areas, Nick had the good fortune to work with and lead diverse complex and geographically dispersed organisations, delivering small and large scale complex multi year projects in some of the remotes and most inhospitable places in the world. Energy is the foundation of our modern society, and Nick considers himself lucky to have been in an industry that has advanced the living conditions of so much of the world population, but there is still much left to do.
