Nicke Widyawati is President Director & CEO of Indonesia’s giant State Owned Oil & Gas company, Pertamina. With Over 30,000 employees and $58.85 billion in revenues, Pertamina ranks 175^th as a Fortune Global 500. Nicke now has committed around $68 billion investment for the next 5 years in an ambitious vision to ensure the Availability, Accessibility, Affordability, Acceptability, and Sustainability of energy in the Country by doing the longest Seismic survey in Asia for the last 10 years and evolution of Refinery & Petrochemical targeting a daily refining capacity of 2 million barrels per day and petrochemical capacity of 12.000 ktpa.

Earned bachelor’s degree from Bandung Institute of Technology and master’s degree from Padjadjaran University, Nicke worked in various leadership roles in PT. Rekayasa Industri (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) and PT. PLN (Electricity Utility Company), prior to becoming Director of Human Capital of Pertamina.
