Nikolai has over 20 years of experience in the oil and gas industry in Norway and internationally. He has a broad background including leadership roles in strategy, business development, license management and operations in Equinor, Petoro and PWC. His previous experience includes head of corporate strategy and head of the CEOs office at Equinor.

Nikolai has a master of science in Industrial Economics and Technology Management.
