Nilesh Dayal is a Managing Director and Partner in L.E.K. Consulting's Houston Office. He is head of the firm's Oil & Gas practice and also focused on the energy and chemical sectors. He has more than 20 years of experience advising clients on growth strategies related to acquisitions, divestitures and new business venture launches; corporate restructurings; supply chain management; public sector and regulatory strategy; profitability and operations improvement, and post-merger integration and planning.

Prior to joining L.E.K. in 2018, he advised energy companies on upstream cost and operating performance at an oil & gas-focused market research and consulting company. He was also founder and Managing Partner at PacWest Consulting Partners, a leading unconventional oil and gas market research and consulting firm that he sold in 2014. Nilesh holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Operations Engineering and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Michigan.
