Niloufar Molavi is the Global and US Energy leader for at PwC. Niloufar joined the firm in 1991 and became a partner in 2001. Since then, she has served a wide range of energy companies both in the US and abroad. As the leader of the Energy Tax Practice from 2005 – 2009, she advised clients on international and US tax structuring, mergers, acquisitions and potential public offerings. From 2009 to 2011 she served as the US Chief Diversity Officer and a member of the US Leadership team. She is a frequent speaker at state and national energy tax conferences. She joined the US Leadership Team in 2009.

Niloufar earned her degree in Accounting and a Masters in Professional Accounting degree with a concentration in Taxation from the University of Texas at Austin. She currently serves on the Accounting Advisory Board and Business Schoold Advisory Board of the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas and. She also serves on the non-profit board of Dress for Success Houston, which provides underprivileged women with professional attire and self-confidence boosts in their job searches. Niloufar resides in Houston, Texas with her husband and two children.
