Oliver Jenkins is the Chief Operating Officer at Phillips Energy. Before assuming this role, he was the President and Chief Operating Officer at Phillips Energy Partners from 2010 to 2016. Prior to that, Mr. Jenkins spent 20 years in the United States Marine Corps retiring as a Lieutenant Colonel. He received a B.A. from Dartmouth College and a Masters in International Relations from the University of Paris. Mr. Jenkins is Chairman of the Board of the Royalty Corporations of Beaumont and serves as a Councilman for the City of Shreveport.
