Patricia L. Edwards is Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer, a position she has held since April 2017.  Ms. Edwards previously served as Vice President, Human Resources and Administration from 1997 to 2017, including the role of Corporate Secretary from 1999 to 2008. Ms. Edwards joined an EOG predecessor company in 1980.

Ms. Edwards earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Texas A&M University.
