Peter Marx, Head of Metal, Mining, Oil, Gas, Primary Industries at Raiffeisen Bank International AG is responsible for acquisition, project and structured finance transactions, both, with strategic industry players and private equity companies that have a geographic focus on Western and Central and Eastern Europe. He previously held positions in international real estate finance at Raiffeisen Bank International AG, and project & acquisition finance at Austrian bank BAWAG P.S.K. (a formerly majority-owned Cerberus Capital Management portfolio company). Prior, Peter was working in associate roles for Acoro Capital Partners, a London-based CEE-focused private equity firm, and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development.
