In his current role, Richard is responsible for driving Aon’s customer-focussed strategy in respect of products and services for climate. Prior to this appointment, Richard led Aon’s UK Global Broking Centre – a Specialty and Wholesale insurance advisory and brokerage business, serving clients and Aon offices in over 150 countries throughout the world. His career prior to this was all spent in the reinsurance broking market.

Richard is a former director of Aon UK Limited and the London Market Group (LMG). He also served on the Board of the London and International Insurance Brokers’ Association (LIIBA) 2018-2022 (as Chair between 2020 and 2022).
