Rick Fowler was recently named Chief Operating Officer for LLOG Exploration where he has worked since 2007.  In his career, Rick has been involved in seven GOM projects using new floating production systems (FPS) and numerous subsea tieback projects.  Prior to joining LLOG, Rick was employed by Dominion E&P (formerly CNG Producing) where he was in charge of the $5B Offshore Business Unit including the management of over 300 employees.  Rick previously worked for Exxon for twelve years in various operational and supervisory assignments.  Rick has a BSME from Tulane University and is a licensed professional engineer.  Rick was awarded the API Meritorious Service Award in 2016, the SPE Regional Service Award in 2015 and the SPE Distinguished Contribution Award in 2008.
