Rob has 25 years’ industry experience in senior positions with international O&G organisations. As VP Developments for Mitra Energy, Rob oversaw field development and production optimisation activities across asset portfolios from concepts ranging from $3Bn ultra-deepwater projects in the Philippines to focussed field development studies for marginal fields in Vietnam and Indonesia. Rob’s experience in asset transitioning includes an 18-month asset transfer process with significant insight into optimising production operations and working in aligned fashion with Petronas regulatory, field development and procurement processes. He has a proven track record in delivering organisational change, developing new businesses and implementing technology developments, including several world's 1st. Rob has an MBA from University of Strathclyde and a B.Eng. (Hons) in Civil Engineering.
