Mr. Rockey has over 10 years of experience sourcing and evaluating potential acquisition opportunities, evaluating marketed and unsolicited transactions from $500K-$1B in every major North American oil and gas basin. He previously served as Business Development Manager of Urban Oil & Gas Group, L.L.C., evaluating over 100 transactions and playing an integral role in the investment of the company’s first two funds. He graduated with a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Oklahoma in 2005 and an MS in Finance from the University of Texas-Dallas in 2010. Mr. Rockey is a member of the University of Wyoming’s EORI Technical Advisory Board.
