Rogelio is founding partner and CEO of CMM Group, a corporation founded back in 2003 with a very successful history in the development of infrastructure in four main divisions: Oil & Gas, building & infrastructure, Renewable Energy and Food technology. He is also a founding partner and an active member of the National Association of Hydrocarbon Producers (also known as ANPHI by its Spanish name).

Throughout his 25 years of prosperous career, Rogelio successfully lead companies focused on the development of infrastructure for some of the most relevant clients of the Mexican industry, they served Mexico´s leading companies such as PEMEX, ICA, Fluor Daniel, CFE, Industria del Hierro, Duro Felguera, among many others.

Rogelio has an MBA by the Instituto Tecnologico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey (ITESM) and a bachelor´s degree in Mechanical Engineering from that same institution.
