Rory has fifteen years international upstream experience in a variety of management, finance and commercial roles. He started his career at Shell where he worked in the UK, Netherlands and Russia in finance, planning and commercial roles including regional finance manager for exploration in Europe. Following Shell he was CEO of an AIM listed independent EP with assets in Trinidad and Tobago, Colombia, Guatemala and the USA. After Range he co-founded Fusebox a mobile technology business which was sold in 2017. Rory joined CaribX in 2015 and became CEO in 2018. Rory is also a director of Talaria Technology. Rory has a BSc (Hons) from the University of Edinburgh.
