Rosanety Barrios, Degree in Finance by the Universidad Tecnológica de México, Master in Finance by the National Autonomous University of México and Master in Economic Regulation of  Net Systems by the Barcelona University.

Rosanety developed herself in the Mexican financial sector, working for 15 years as a stock market analyst. By the year 2000, she joined the Energy Regulatory Commission (CRE), as head of the Hydrocarbon Transport Department.

Between April 2013 and May 2014, she took charge of the Generation, Transmission and Conduction Department at the Electricity Undersecretary.

Rosanety collaborated actively in the confirmation of the country´s legal framework for the Energy Reform.

At the present moment, she is Head of the Industrial Transformation Politics Unit at the Hydrocarbon Undersecretary, position from where she is responsible of making the public policy applicable to the supply and logistics, storage and distribution of oil products and natural gas.
