Sanou Dakono
Deputy Chief of Environmental Impact Assessment Record Bureau, Ministry of Environment and Sustainable Development of the Republic of Senegal
After obtaining a Law degree at the University Cheikh Anta DIOP of Dakar, Sanou Dakono specialized in Environmental Law and environmental health and safety in Management.
He then worked within the Department of Environment and Classified Establishments (DEEC) in 2013 as the Assistant Coordinator of the Legal Affairs Department before joining the Environmental Assessment Division where he has been in charge of the instruction and monitoring of environmental projects and programs since 2016.
In addition, he is the designated Oil&Gas Focal Point within the Ministry of Environment and Sustainable Development.”
