Responsibilities
In her role as Aon’s Director, Governance and Advisory Solutions for the Asia Pacific region, Sitara drives the delivery of ESG advisory services to clients. By understanding clients ESG-related risks, and opportunities, and applying Aon’s extensive capabilities through data analysis and reporting, tailored product offerings, and advisory solutions, Sitara brings a coordinated approach to addressing ESG challenges across industries and markets in the region.

Expertise
Sitara’s 18 years of experience spans financial management, enterprise risk management, corporate governance, and ESG strategy and solution design across several industries including construction and real estate management, financial services, and asset management. She also worked for 8 years with the World Bank Group where she provided fiduciary oversight on large infrastructure and employment projects across the APAC region, targeting poverty alleviation, empowerment of women, and sustainability.
