Sophie Durham is a Senior Advisor in Climate Change and Global Public Policy at Kosmos Energy. Responsible for development and implementation of Kosmos’ Climate Policy, Sophie also leads the firm’s work around transparency and engagement on resource governance. Previously, Sophie was focused on External Affairs and Social Performance, leading many of Kosmos’ innovative social programs in West Africa. Prior to Kosmos, Sophie was a Senior Associate at London-based advisory firm Critical Resource, which supports mining and oil and gas companies to manage social and political risk.
