Srinivasan Ramabhadran (Srini) is a Managing Director for Asia Pacific and is a member of Global Board of dss+.

Srini has over 35 years of international experience that includes managing operations and management consulting. Currently, he leads the Asia Pacific team across diverse industries including oil and gas, chemical and petrochemical, and mining and metal. He leads client engagement for a major chemical company in ASEAN and supports many global client engagements across multiple industries. In his previous role as the global director of Operations Risk Management, he expertly led a team of skilled solution architects and consultants.

Srini’s extensive professional background covers a wide range of expertise, including culture and change management, cultural transformation, operational risk management, and people management. He has authored several papers and has been a speaker and panelist in various forums both in Singapore and across the AP region.
