Suresh Jagadesan is currently the President of ExxonMobil Exploration and Upstream Ventures Limited, based in Singapore. He has more than 25 years’ experience in the oil and gas industry, including the LNG business. Suresh graduated from Imperial College of Science, Technology and Medicine, London with a Masters of Engineering in Petroleum Engineering in 1991, after which he began his career with ExxonMobil Exploration and Production Malaysia Inc.

Suresh has worked in multiple countries such as Malaysia, Angola, USA, Qatar and Italy prior to moving to Singapore in July 2018.

Suresh is married with two school aged daughters who are global citizens – the eldest born in Houston and the youngest born in Doha. He enjoys traveling and playing sports such as tennis and field hockey. He is also an ardent soccer fan.
