Tabrez is a Director in EY’s EMEIA Oil & Gas Transactions team and leads EY’s Africa Oil & Gas Transactions practice.  He specialises in Upstream M&A and private financing.

Tabrez has worked with a number of national and international firms on a range of Oil & Gas projects. His experience includes advising sell-side divestitures, buy-side/acquisitions, corporate strategy, valuation, deal structuring, and financing mandates – working with multi-disciplinary teams of tax, legal, due diligence and accounting personnel.

He has lived and worked in India, UK and South Africa.

Tabrez holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) degree and qualified as a Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland.
