Toby Croucher has 20 years of oil/gas industry experience and has been with SAP since 2016 where he currently is the Energy and Natural Resource advisory lead for the EMEA North region, based in London.Previously, at Maersk Oil in the Nordics from 2010 to 2015 Toby was part of the extended leadership team driving the transformation of Maersk Oil systems, processes, tools and culture prior to the Total acquisition.

Leading the safety and operations team for business development, Toby was central to establishing Maersk oil in Kurdistan and exploration in Greenland. Prior to Maersk, Toby was a principal advisor for Repsol's E&P business in Madrid and before that with BP for ten years from the late 1990s, joining at the time of the BP Amoco merger. Toby worked across technology, HSE and strategy and was in the first Low Carbon Growth team responsible for environmental technology. Toby has a Natural Sciences MSc and executive education from both Harvard and Stanford on strategy and leading organisational change.
