Tomás Darmandrail is a graduate of Industrial Engineering from the Pontifica Universidad Católica Argentina. He holds a Master’s in Business from IAE Business School of the Austral University . After more than 10 years of experience in energy and infrastructure, he held the position of National Director of Executive Coordination in the PPP Secretariat in the Ministry of Economy  leading the structuring of more than 60 projects for Us$ 30 billion dollars. He now leads the Infrastruture Division of the Argentine National DEVELOPMENT BANK (BICE), which also holds the PPP unit.
