Véronique Hervouet
Senior Vice President, Investments, Total Energy Ventures
Véronique Hervouet is SVP Total Energy Ventures where she had been since 2008 – Total Energy Ventures is the venture capital arm of French oil & gas major Total. She also now is working on shaping road map for the Circular Economy and looking at opportunities ( M&A, JV, partnerships) in the Chemical and Refining division at Total.
She serves on the Board of Directors of Elevance, on the Strategic and Advisory Boards of Demeter (Cleantech Fund), as Vice Chair of the Scientific Steering Committee of the Energy Program of the French National Research Agency and on the Steering Committee of the European Biofuels Technology Platform (which she chaired from January 2008 until January 2011). She is a former member of the Board of Directors of Gevo and NanoH2O.
Véronique Hervouet is a graduate Engineer from Ecole Centrale de Lyon (France) and holds a Master of Science in Materials Science & Engineering from Cornell University.
