Vincent Hahn is a Managing Director focused on mezzanine level investment opportunities in energy, including power generation, oil & gas and mining. He is based in Boston.

Prior to joining Carlyle, Mr. Hahn was a Senior Vice President at SAIC (formerly R.W. Beck, Inc.), where he managed the Business Strategy and Transactions Division, focusing on due diligence, econominc forecasting and owner advisory for project lenders, equity funds, hedge funds and sponsors, as well as utility consulting assignments.

Mr. Hahn received his MS from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor and his BS from the Carnegie Mellon University.
