Ed Walker is an International General Counsel with 20 years of significant legal, compliance, commercial and complex transactional expertise across multiple industries including energy, tobacco, retail and distribution. Most of his career he has been at the group centre of several FTSE50, 100 and 250 listed groups, advising and supporting as a senior lawyer on key projects and transactions, across a plethora of developed markets, emerging markets and frontier markets. He is currently interim Group GC for Vivo Energy plc, a pan-African fuel retailer and distributor. For the last 6 years, he has been living in Copenhagen with his family and working as the Nordic GC for FTSE50 Ferguson plc.
