Emma Wild
Managing Director, Upstream Lead for UKI and Europe, Accenture
Currently the Upstream Lead for UKI and Europe at Accenture, Emma is an industry leader with over 20 years of international experience within the energy sector, as well as financial services. Prior to Accenture, she was a Partner and Head of Upstream at KPMG in the UK. She began her career as a reservoir engineer with Santos in Adelaide, and gained significant global industry experience through various senior technical and commercial roles at Santos, RISC Advisory, and Bank of Scotland.
She has a keen interest in the Energy Transition, and in particular the actions that O&G companies must take to support this transition. Emma is passionate about gender diversity and inclusion and draws upon her personal experiences to support the development of future female leaders in the sector. Emma graduated from the University of Adelaide with an honours degree in Chemical Engineering and has lived and worked in the U.K, Australia, and the U.S.A.
