o 2000-2017 Chair/founder/major shareholder AIM listed IGas; leading onshore UK producer/shale player with >1m gross acres and Mcap £100m
o 2002-2006 Chair/part owner/founder privately held CH4, which developed 75mmboe of fallow UKCS gas reserves then sold for £0.2bn
o 2003-2016 Director then Chair publicly quoted Petroleum Geo-Services; now offshore seismic market leader (ranked 3rd when took chair)
o 2007 – 2017 Chair of Chrysaor from inception until it acquired a package of assets from Shell for £3bn; establishing it as the leading North Sea UK Independent E&P company
o 2007-2018 Chair/founder/29% owner until sold of privately held Fraudscreen; producing an honesty index distinguishing ‘will’/‘wont’ pay customers
