Merlyn Gregory is a Board Director at Calash and the founder and Managing Director of Candour Energy. Merlyn has 14 years’ experience in strategy consulting within the energy sector with a focus on oil field services. In this capacity she has advised over 250 businesses, helping them develop and implement growth, diversification and M&A strategies. Merlyn’s areas of specialism within Calash’s advisory services are the Energy Transition and the digital transformation of the oil field services sector.

In the 4 years since founding Candour Merlyn has worked with the world’s leading consulting and PE firms helping them grow their understanding of the oil & gas, renewables and industrials markets.
