Engineer by training, Paul Centeno Lappas initiated his professional career with Skanska Infrastructure Development. As part of a very small LatAm investment team, he contributed to developing and monetizing an infrastructure portfolio composed of tollroads and power plants. After completing his masters in public administration at SciencesPo Paris, Paul joined Proparco, France’s development bank. During his tenure as Regional Director for Mexico, Central America and the Caribbean, Paul oversaw the origination of over 30 debt and equity transactions worth in excess of USD 1.0 billion. Paul joined Neoen in early 2020.
