Sarah Teslik works with public and private companies and investors on investment, corporate governance, sustainability and reporting and regulatory issues with a focus on those that drive capital attraction, voting, HCM, risk management and attention capital outcomes. She and her team help clients draft proxy statements and CSR reports, ESG and compensation content (including, e.g., scope 1, 2 and 3 calculations), investor decks and materials, engagement content, speeches and op-eds, etc. We support efforts to secure voting support and help source director candidates. Sarah is a corporate and securities attorney with a JD from Georgetown University Law Center, an MA from Oxford University and a BA from Whitman College. Prior roles include being the founding Executive Director of the Council of Institutional Investors, SVP of Communications at a public E&P company, CEO of the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards and a Partner at Joele Frank Wilkinson Brimmer Katcher.
Ms. Teslik earned her Juris Doctor from the Georgetown University Law Center, her Master of Arts in modern history from Oxford University and Bachelor of Arts in history from Whitman College.
