Sarah Walters
Senior Vice-President - Corporate Services, Cenovus Energy
As Senior Vice-President, Corporate Services, Sarah is accountable for supporting Cenovus’s business activities and building the appropriate organizational capability and capacity to deliver upon the company’s strategy. She leads the human resources, digital, information services, real estate, workplace operations, field accommodations and transportation teams. In addition, she oversees supply chain management across the company’s operations.
In her role, Sarah is responsible for working with teams across the company to provide strategic and operational advice on all people and organizational matters. She is also accountable for overseeing the advancement of digital solutions to improve efficiencies and reduce costs across our business and for optimizing our real estate portfolio.
Sarah has been with Cenovus since 2013. She has more than 20 years of international strategic human resources and organizational development experience gained within the rail, health service and oil & gas industries.
Sarah earned a Master of Science from Dearne Valley Business School in the United Kingdom.
