Sølvi Storsæter Bjørgum is currently the Managing Director of Equinor Refining Denmark. Before becoming the MD, she was one of the first female refinery operation managers at Mongstad, Norway's largest oil refinery. She began her career at Equinor as a trained chemical engineer with a broad refinery background with several management positions. She also holds a PhD and graduated from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NNTU).
