Tereza Apostol
Head of Legal (M&A and Joint Ventures), Neptune Energy
Tereza Apostol is Head of Legal for Neptune Energy, one of Europe's largest independent E&P companies with a regional focus on the North Sea, North Africa and Asia Pacific. In her role, Tereza is responsible for managing a broad range of legal matters, including cross-border acquisitions and divestments, corporate finance, securities, joint venture and general corporate matters.
Prior to joining Neptune Energy in January 2018, Tereza was in private practice at a global law firm Herbert Smith Freehills LLP, where she was a member of the firm’s Corporate practice group with a focus on the Energy sector. She advised international clients on the development of natural gas and nuclear projects, global acquisitions, divestments, joint ventures arrangements and corporate governance.
Tereza obtained her academic degrees from King's College London and BPP University Law School, followed by executive education at the London School of Economics.
Tereza is a long-standing supporter of multiculturalism and gender equity.
